You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to make any exchanges or returns.

You can return your order from the delivery date. You have 14 calendar days to register your return request via this email.

All you need is your order number and email address. The items must be in the same condition as when you received them. We will contact you within 3 days to process the return. You will receive the refund to your original payment method or via an IBAN number once we receive the package at our warehouse.
Another Way Lab is not responsible for any costs associated with shipping logistics in the event of a refund request.
Returns are not accepted if an exchange has already been made previously.
